This paper uses simulation to show the effects of Greater Male Variability on the gender composition and productivity of the workforce.

We show in the Discussion section how our findings can be used to design recruitment strategies that overcome GMV effects.

A tool that quantifies recruitment needs

The tool below estimates the number of female applicants that you would need, relative to male applicants, in order to counteract the effects of GMV on gender composition.
